Elkridge Hunt Club Renovation
L’Hirondelle Club Addition & Renovation
This project involved renovations/additions to the L’Hirondelle Club in Ruxton, Maryland, on a very aggressive, four and a half month schedule. Work included demolition of the outside terrace and portions of the existing building, and construction of new dining facilities, including a large outdoor dining area.

Towson University Berkshire Pub Renovation
The project consisted of enclosing the University Club’s old outdoor terrace to create an expanded dining area. We created a new entrance into the building’s lobby, new bar, lounge area, and a billiard room. Plumbing drops for the bar area had to extend into the parking garage below. Working in a residential building, we had to restrict noise and vibration to tightly controlled hours. Fit out was conducted with all of the high level finishes expected in a university club environment.

University of Maryland, University College | Marriott Hotel
Lewis Contractors completed this project for UMUC at the College Park Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in Hyattsville, Maryland. The project consisted of exterior and interior repair work to the existing five story hotel originally constructed in 2003. Work involved the removal and replacement of existing punched windows, removal and replacement of interior drywall and associated finishes on the exterior facing walls affected by the window replacement, restoration of cavity water tables, repair of parapet wall and roof gutter, and restoration of masonry wall control joints.
