Community College of Baltimore County | Wellness Center (Under Construction)

The interior demolition at CCBC Wellness Center in Essex, MD, is complete, and the renovation is well underway, with the new elevator shaft in place. In addition, with the structural steel and decking installed, a dramatic new gateway emerges. Finally, as a part of CCBC’s sustainability initiative to filter runoff pollutants, chemicals, and other debris, a series of bio-retention ponds in the parking lots are nearing completion.
