University of Maryland, Baltimore | Davidge Hall Restoration
Work on Davidge Hall involved the extensive repointing and matching of original spald brick walkways along with the restoration and waterproofing of the building’s seven-foot arch windows. Restorative electrical work was also performed throughout the building, including the rebuilding of a 200 year-old originally gas-fired, candled fixture that is displayed in the exterior portico. Davidge Hall is on the National Historic Register of Historic Places and required careful compliance with historic building regulations during construction.
