One East Pratt Street | Building Renovation

This six phase fast-track project involved the renovation of the One East Pratt Street building located in the densely populated and congested Baltimore’s Inner Harbor district with little to no lay-down area. Base building upgrades included new lobby finishes, a new curtainwall system and storefront upgrades, modernization of seven traction elevators, and life-safety upgrades such as the installation of a new sprinkler system. Exterior upgrades included new brick pavers, exposed aggregate sidewalks, a handicap ramp, and valet lane.
