St. Charles Villa Sulpician Retirement Community

Lewis completed this two-phase renovation to the St. Charles Villa Retirement Community. St. Charles Villa is an independent retirement residence for Sulpician priests. The renovation included upgrades to the residential suites (each houses a living room, bedroom and private bath), a community kitchen, dining and gathering spaces, and worship spaces. Lewis also provided renovations to the pool and fitness center, the private chapel, the sun-room, the computer lab, the library and private storage units in the basement level. The suites are arranged in a circular fashion creating a central interior courtyard that was upgraded with grading and drainage to accommodate a patio and outdoor dining capabilities. Work was completed in phases to allow each side to be occupied while the other was under construction.
