Howard County Public Schools | Stevens Forest Elementary School Renovation

This project was procured as part of Howard County Public Schools CM Advisory On-Call contract. This $13M project for Stevens Forest Elementary School involved a complete interior gut and renovation of the occupied academic campus–inclusive of all MEP systems. All work was staged around ongoing academic programming, requiring special safety considerations and frequent owner coordination.
