The Maryland School for the Blind | Autism-Blind New Classroom & Cottages
This two-year long CM-at-Risk project involved the construction of two 16,000 SF student residence buildings and a two-story, 35,000 SF classroom building featuring multiple physical therapy rooms, a greenhouse learning laboratory, classroom and office spaces, and an expansive courtyard area. The project also involved extensive sitework to include the completion of roads, parking, grading, permanent storm-water management facilities, utilities, sediment and erosion control, and landscaping across approximately 5 acres.
