The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland | Campus-Wide Renovations

Lewis was brought onto the project team early in the preconstruction phase for this CM-at-Risk project. Work included a new 34,000 SF three-story middle school addition; 15,000 SF in renovations to Iglehart hall, including a new 2,800 SF gymnasium addition and new baseball and soccer fields; 12,000 SF in renovations to Smith Hall, including a new 4,200 SF cafeteria addition; 4,200 SF in renovations to the two-story solarium on campus; and sitework throughout. Lewis and the architect worked very closely with the owner on this project, particularly because the campus was fully occupied for the duration of construction. For this project Lewis provided the full suite of preconstruction and construction services.
